Bati & Blues — Is Tadele Roobaa BB King?

The famous Bati beat of Oromo music which originated from Bati, Wallo has been recieved warmly by Amharic music genre and Ethiopians have been enjoying it for a long while. Now, Tadele Roba, former half of Lafonten, took it to the next level and fused it with the Blues, or at least that is what he is saying. An Oromo beat laced with the Blues beat and sung in Amharic is the ultimate confusion LOL. All in all it is a great video but I noticed Obbo Roba’s identity crisis in his lyrics.

What say you?

Bati & Blues (B&B) is not your regular Roots & Blues(R&B), On a second thought, Bati is our Oromo Roots. So yeah…

“A Large Community with small voice” - Lil Nate investigates

As Lil Nate usually says, ladies and gentlman, boys and girls, children of all ages, rats and rackoons, welcome to my blog. Today, I present to you, the one and only, the funny guy, Lil Nate. You probably have seen his funny videos and his video resume.

Most of the respondents made it clear that Oromos wouldn’t accept Unity without Equality.
